All Sessions or readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded  legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement for legal reasons. I have to advice you that these readings are for entertainment purposes only.

Confidentiality

Anything that is discussed during our session will stay between you and me, and so will your contact information. The only time information is shared is when clients voluntarily provide testimonials. Or give signed permission.

Refunds

Readings: Due to the energetic nature of my readings, I’m not able to offer refunds on any of my services, readings, for any reason. except If I or you had to cancel due to an extreme life events, then I would reschedule you at your convenience. Please note you are paying for a time spot! 

Hypnosis sessions:  You will receive a form to sign in regards to cancellations and refunds. if you cannot keep your appointment then rescheduling will be an option. If no rescheduling is desired, then a fee of half of the session  will be charged for holding that spot for you. and the other half will be refunded. please note you are purchasing a time spot . and a 3-6 hour session. 

Online Readings or Hypnosis sessions
Readings done online via video rely on an internet connection. Occasionally, things may happen during a video session that are outside of my control: loss of internet or wi-fi connection, power outage, service disruption, or computer malfunction on either the client’s side or my side is not something I can reasonably control, anticipate, or prevent.

I am not able to offer a refund for technical issues as my time is just as invested in my appointments.  however, I will reschedule!

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment

Cancellations or reschedules within less than 24 hours may result in the loss of your appointment and payment. I will attempt to reschedule at a later time when  an opening is available.

No Show, results in no refunds as I will already be set up and prepared to hold a space and time  that I invested for you. No show  is to short of a notice to try to fill that spot. If you want to still have a reading or session YOU WILL need to purchase another time spot.

Recording Video

I do offer to recording your reading.  I reserve the right to cancel or modify this service at any time.

Readings are recorded digitally and will be sent by 6pm EST USA on  the date of your reading. You are responsible for downloading and saving your recording. 

I’m not able to guarantee recording quality and cannot protect against technical or mechanical failure during your reading.

I do not give permission for any private recordings to be shared outside of myself and you, the client.. 

Accuracy and Guidance

My job is to channel Spirit, Archangels and Ascended Masters and ask for their guidance, they then will provide the pictures via the cards.  I read what I see in the cards. I sometimes get emotions as well and will be instructed to tell you what I'm feeling and the message I'm getting. That’s all it comes down to: I read and feel, and follow my intuition and then relay that information to you.

That means I will always be honest about what I see and feel in the cards, but I can’t make promises or 100% guarantees on any outcomes. Remember that when you get a reading, you are consulting an oracle/ a spirit. The information is based on intuition, spiritual, emotional, and esoteric realms. 

It is my experience that readings can help to reveal potential outcomes, but nothing will shape your future more than the decisions you make today. We are all responsible for our own paths. We were given free will and the ability to manifest our own paths. the guidance you receive is just that guidance,, How you choose to use it is your responsibility.

I trust that you are entering into a reading with me with full consent, and that you take responsibility for your own actions once our session is over. Tarot and Oracle are means of deeper exploration and clarity, not places to lay responsibility on  any other reader, person and, myself included. If you’re not happy with your reading

Make sure I am the right reader for you before you book with me. I encourage you to read through my website in advance and watch my you tube videos to see if I resonate with you.  Every tarot  and Oracle reader will have a different style and approach to divination.

I don’t use tarot or Oracle as a fortune-telling tool. That means that if you are looking for someone to tell you the name of your future lover/spouse or what lottery numbers to use, or the sex of an unborn child, I am not the reader for you. My gift is to give you guidance on your life's path. And I call on, spirit guides Archangels and Ascended Masters to provide you with this guidance so that you can live your life to the highest good.
